Description
Low intervention wine fermented on wild yeast and aged for 8 months in terracotta vessels. Our vessels are US made and thrown from a single piece of 1000lb clay to create a seamless jar to ferment and age wines in. This style of wine making dates back to the neolithic period. These jars allow the wine to micro-oxygenate (like an oak barrel) without imparting the flavors and tannin from wood. These wines are young, elegant, integrated, and extremely enjoyable.
